At Lift Pilates, our Guided Studio sessions give you the freedom to follow your individualized program at your own pace, with expert guidance and a supportive community. You’ll train in a premium, small-group setting during scheduled Lift Guided Studio hours—arrive when it works for you, and stay as long as you’d like.
Your membership also includes Open Studio access, giving you additional flexibility to practice your personalized program independently during designated hours using keypad entry. Open Studio is an added benefit for current members and available at Laura’s discretion for clients who have demonstrated safe, consistent, and thoughtful practice.

Perfect if you’re not ready to commit long-term. This flexible option gives you unlimited access to Lift Guided Studio each month—no contract required. You’ll receive expert guidance and a personalized program in our open studio format, with the freedom to adjust your membership month by month.
Open Studio Access
Open Studio gives current members the flexibility to practice independently during designated hours using keypad access. It’s a great way to stay consistent between Guided Studio sessions, maintain your rhythm, and deepen your connection to the work.
Keypad codes are provided at Laura’s discretion and reserved for clients who have demonstrated safe and consistent practice. During Open Studio, please practice only the program you’ve been assigned, and avoid adding new exercises or using unfamiliar apparatus unless we’ve reviewed them together.
If you’re in the studio by 6 PM, you’re welcome to stay and finish your workout. Before leaving, please turn off the fans, lights, and any equipment you’ve used.
