Guided Studio
Guided Studio is the foundation of long-term progress at Lift Pilates.
Clients train in a small-group, teacher-led environment while working from their own individualized program within the classical order. Observation is continuous. Refinement is precise. Advancement is intentional.
Progress is not rushed.
It is earned through consistency and structure.
Open Studio Practice
Open Studio supports independence within structure.
Clients move through their established program with increasing discipline and ownership while continuing to receive refinement as needed. The work becomes more internal. More efficient. More exact.
Autonomy is earned.
Confidence follows structure.
Private Refinement
Private sessions are used to sharpen details, address specific needs, or recalibrate a program within the broader studio practice.
They refine the system.
They do not replace it.
Over time, clients move fluidly between Guided Studio, Open Studio, and Private Refinement.

Studio Membership
Membership is the foundation of practice at Lift Pilates.
This studio operates on a membership model designed to support consistent, progressive training within the classical system. Regular attendance allows your program to evolve with continuity, discipline, and measurable advancement.
Membership includes access to both Guided Studio and Open Studio sessions — supporting development under direct observation and increasing independence over time.

The private session allows us to assess your movement, introduce the classical system, and establish the foundation of your individualized program.
During your guided week, you will train within our structured studio environment — building strength, coordination, and control through disciplined, progressive work.
This is not a quick trial.
It is a considered introduction to how we practice.
