PRIVATE + STUDIO MEMBERSHIPS

These memberships are designed for clients who want high-level individualized support through consistent one-on-one sessions—alongside the flexibility to practice independently. Each membership includes private sessions and 1 Lift Pilates Open Studio visit per week, giving you the structure and frequency to grow with confidence.

1x/Week Private Membership

4 private sessions/month + 1 Open Studio visit/week

$795/month

Perfect for clients who want steady, personalized support. You’ll meet weekly for a private session tailored to your goals, and supplement your practice with one guided independent visit to Open Studio each week.

2x/Week Private Membership

8 private sessions/month + 1 Open Studio visit/week

$1,482/month

Ideal for clients seeking more focused support and faster results. You’ll meet twice weekly for private instruction, with one additional Open Studio visit each week to deepen your consistency and mastery.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Reserved weekly private session time(s)

  • 1 Lift Pilates Open Studio session per week (up to 4/month)

  • A personalized Pilates program based on your goals

  • Expert coaching and ongoing progression

  • Small-group environment during Open Studio hours

Membership Policies at a Glance

  • Your monthly rate reserves your time on my calendar.

  • Sessions are not refundable, transferable, or credited if missed.

  • Cancellations require 24+ hours’ notice.

  • If given, a makeup session may be offered based on availability but is not guaranteed.

  • Makeup sessions must be used within the same month and cannot be rolled over.

  • In a five-week month, any additional sessions are available at $165/session.

  • Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically.

  • Written notice is required 14 days in advance to cancel or pause.
