The Lift Pilates Class
The Lift Pilates Class—Unlimited Sessions Per Month to Transform Your Body and Health
Annual Membership $525/month ($125/wk)
Experience the original Pilates method through a personalized program tailored just for you, all within a dynamic, community-focused small group setting. Lift Pilates is truly unique—it’s not a circuit or typical group exercise class. Instead, you’ll receive a customized workout with individual attention, ensuring your experience is tailored, effective, and anything but cookie-cutter.
Our open studio approach is designed to help you achieve your ideal Pilates body and reach your fitness goals efficiently and enjoyably. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, Lift Pilates welcomes all levels.
Begin with the Introductory Offer, then join the Lift Pilates Class for unlimited sessions each month. To ensure optimal results, I require a commitment to at least two sessions per week.
Month-to-month option and weekly option also available.
WHAT IS THE LIFT PILATES CLASS IN OPEN STUDIO ?
The Lift Pilates class is more than just a Pilates class. It's a vibrant community where individuals like you come together to work out under my guidance. It's not a one-size-fits-all approach. Each practitioner follows their own personalized Pilates program, designed to meet their unique fitness goals. This dynamic and community-oriented setting fosters independence and requires commitment and consistency.
To join Lift Pilates, I ask that you commit to working with me at least twice a week and learning your Pilates routine so that I can provide you with valuable guidance. I've found that attending class at least twice per week is the key to mastering the Pilates method, feeling great in your body, and retaining what you learn. We can create a sense of community and enjoy ourselves while achieving your fitness goals.

Terms & Conditions
1. Culture at Lift Pilates
• At Lift Pilates, we foster a welcoming and supportive environment. While we work hard and break a sweat, we also laugh, share, and make time to enjoy the journey. We are serious about our workouts but believe in having fun along the way.
• My goal is to support each of you on your Pilates journey, helping you progress at your own pace. Embrace mistakes as essential learning tools, celebrate your successes, and grow from the challenges. Pilates demands consistency and patience, but the rewards are well worth your time and effort.
2. General Terms & Conditions
• Membership Fees are charged on the day you begin and are non-refundable. If you are going to be absent for a month, please inform me the week prior to avoid charges.
• Yearly Memberships may be paused once for up to 30 days.
• Private Lessons are charged prior to the scheduled lesson, with a required 24-hour cancellation notice; no exceptions.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may not be a good fit for LP culture or for whom my services may not be a suitable fit.
• I reserve the right to alter the schedule as needed and adjust prices when necessary.
• Membership fees are not reduced for months containing a legal holiday.
• In the event of work-related travel or illness, sessions may be canceled. While these instances are rare, they follow fair workplace practices:
• If I am unable to teach, I will notify you by email on the day of.
• If travel is required for training, I will provide advance notice by email.
• If you miss a session due to my absence, I am happy to arrange a makeup session.
• Clients may also make up sessions for personal reasons like illness or family obligations.
3. Memberships
Unlimited Lift Pilates Classes/Open Studio Sessions:
$525/month unlimited with a one-year commitment (includes one-time 30-day pause).
$625/month-to-month
$165/week
