$165—includes 1 Private Lesson + 1 Week of Unlimited Lift Guided Studio sessions
Begin with individual attention, then experience how our Guided Studio works in real time.
You’ll start with a private lesson tailored to your body and experience. From there, you’ll spend a week practicing in our Lift Guided Studio—where expert instruction meets flexible scheduling in a focused, supportive environment.
What’s included:
One 1-hour private lesson
One week of unlimited Lift Guided Studio sessions
A structured yet flexible introduction to our studio and teaching style
This option is a great fit for:
People new to Pilates
Those who want guidance but value flexibility
Anyone curious about the Guided Studio experience
All sessions must be used within 7 days of your first lesson.
Path Two: Build a Strong Foundation
$375—Includes 3 Private Lessons
This option is ideal if you’d like more time, attention, and continuity before transitioning into Guided Studio—or if private sessions are your preferred way to practice.
Through one-on-one instruction, you’ll build a solid foundation, refine fundamentals, and gain confidence moving through the Pilates system.

Three 1-hour private lessons
Personalized instruction tailored to your goals and experience
Focused support to help you move with clarity and confidence

Clients who prefer private lessons as their primary practice
Those wanting individual support before joining Guided Studio
