If you purchase a 3 pack, just book your first session, and we will book the remaining sessions in the studio.

STEP 3. Come ready to move!

Wear comfortable clothes, as you would wear to a stretch class. Women often choose leggings and a tank and t-shirt, while men often wear shorts with compression shorts underneath and a t-shirt.
