Morning Sessions
🕙 Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
🕚 Tuesday, Thursday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🕚 Saturday: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Evening Sessions
🌙 Monday, Wednesday: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
🌙 Tuesday, Thursday: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
At Lift Pilates, our clients typically work out for an hour, at least two days a week—this minimum commitment is essential for you to experience real progress, build strength, and achieve your goals.
Enjoy the flexibility to arrive and leave as needed—there’s no strict start or end time within your session. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you move stronger, feel better, and gain confidence in your practice!
