Morning Sessions

Monday & Wednesday 10:30 am-Noon

Friday & Saturday 10:30-11:30 am & 11:30 am-12:30 pm

Evening Sessions

Monday & Wednesday 4:30-6:00 pm

Tuesday & Thursday 5-7 pm

Our clients typically work out for an hour, at least two days a week--this minimum is essential for you to experience the full benefits and achieve your goals. Enjoy the flexibility to come and go as you please; there's no need to arrive on time or stay until the end. We look forward to helping you get started on your Pilates journey!
