Not a Typical Class—Your Own Program in a Small Group

Often the next step after physical therapy—or when you’re ready for something more structured, consistent, and effective

A clear, structured path—start with a Private Introductory Session, then enter the Lift Pilates Class through a short, two-week guided start.

Start Here

Start with a one-on-one session so we can understand your body and set your program—so you know exactly what to do next.
Private Introductory Session — $185

Your first step at Lift Pilates.

In your introductory session, you’ll:

  • experience the work firsthand

  • understand how your body moves within the system

  • leave knowing exactly how to continue your practice

  • No prior experience necessary

What happens next

The next step is a two-week guided start ($295). This is where you begin learning how to work—how to follow a sequence, move with control, and build consistency.

After that, clients transition into membership and continue progressing over time.

This is not drop-in fitness. It is a structured practice built through consistent attendance.

Many clients begin here after physical therapy—ready for a more structured, consistent way to keep progressing.
