HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO TAKE CLASSES TO SEE RESULTS?

In the beginning, we recommend coming in two to three times per week to see results. Some of our clients come in weekly to supplement other athletic training and movement exercises, such as free weights, running, walking, soccer, yoga, dance, skiing, biking, swimming, etc. Pilates can benefit anyone and makes all the other things you do easier. Doing Pilates at home can supplement your studio workout. You can do Pilates every day!
